MARENLUC team puts together project management teams and provides consultancy services or design projects based on a client’ needs and project funding availability.  On potable water and renewable energy, the team engages with global and local Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) corporations for installation. MARENLUC focus on those companies that have a proven history of designing and installing electricity power plants systems no matter the weather conditions. 

Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, Partnership Agreement or Contract; Determination of scope of work; Confirmation of project funding budget; Project technical design & financials; Detailed project planning steps; Securing government permits; Work implementation schedule review; installation of solar equipment; Government official Sign-Off; Project Commissioning - Utility Sign-Off; and Ongoing Performance Monitoring (for systems over 30 kW with performance monitoring software installed). As part of the implementation process, we work closely with representatives of the project owner, building construction architect & construction contractor and relevant municipal government departments.

At the point of time that potable, renewable energy projects are fully operational, MARENLUC team starts a monthly performance versus forecast reporting to the client. This not only ensures accountability to regularly monitor performance, but also typically results in notification of need for cleaning. Onyxx Energy will continue to report monthly as per a signed contractual agreement with the project owner.

All MARENLUC projects are implemented through local partnership or collaboration. Our team engages local construction companies with experience in installation of solar energy plants and hire local technicians and construction workers.  Our major focus is to contribute to the engagement of and growth of a diverse technical and skilled trade workforce that reflects the community where we work.
